Just a 10 minute walk south of Playa del Carmen is Fisherman’s Village a luxurious beachfront condominium complex containing 50 units in the quiet coastal community of Playacar phase 1. Fisherman’s Village is known to be the nicest quality resort/condo complex in the entire Yucatan Peninsula. These elegant condominiums boast fine service, and resort-like amenities such as a full service restaurant, room service, swim-up pool bar, full sized pool and a children’s pool, water sports, Jacuzzis for the complex, air conditioned gym, plus spa services such as massage, facials, pedicures and manicures too.

All of the units I represent are deluxe, oceanfront units that have one, two, three and four bedrooms and range in size from 800 to 1500 to 2500 sq. feet. These are NOT to be confused with the tiny units offered on Expedia that are timeshare units that are about 500-600 sq feet in size with a small kitchenette!

One NEW feature of Fisherman’s Village is an optional Meal Plan. This is your option which can be decided after you arrive at the complex and used one day, but not the next if you choose. For $35/per person per day this includes TWO meals: Breakfast and either lunch or dinner at Fisherman’s restaurant. Plus unlimited alcoholic drinks (non-Call) during the day into the evening! You also get free use of water sports and bicycles within the plan. For kids or non-alcoholic drinking adults the cost is $29.50 per day. Again, you can try it out one day and decide whether or not this plan is for you.
